Not sure if many people know this, but the cold-blooded passive increases damage to ALL chilled and frozen targets, not just those that you've chilled or frozen.
So a good way to increase your effective dps (if not your actual damage number) is to drop glass cannon for cold blooded, and hire the scoundrel, then equip him with a bow that has cold damage.
