ISP's could learn a thing or two from Blizzard's customer support

Talk to one person, problem fixed immediately. Last time I called my ISP for a technical problem, I talked to two dozen people, for an hour, and the problem got worse.

EDIT: I did attach a copy of my ID when I initiated the chat, so they did know it was me.
