One of the many reasons I'll never buy AMD cards again

If it was just this issue, I probably wouldn't have minded. In the end I had to download some DLL files and put them into my Diablo folder to fix this.

I never had confidence my card (6950) would be able to play the next new game. I had to download a special config to fix insane FPS issues in Dirty Bomb, I had to play with no UI just so I could get over 30fps on minimum settings.

There was also an issue where I couldn't watch 1080p@60fps videos on Youtube because of a bug
